Living in Rhythm: Āyurveda for Everyday

In Āyurveda, the series of daily practices done to promote vital physical and mental health are known as dinacharya (dinacaryā). Dinacharya practices include activities for all aspects of daily living: morning, mid-day, and evening, self-care, eating, and movement…

When practiced regularly, dinacharya create a rhythm throughout the day that  builds structure and comfort. In this way, your practice becomes a ritual,  which in time becomes the rhythm of day to day life.
